| As I look back
over the past 10 years of Mortars in Miniature, and even though I am
quite proud of this accomplishment, I feel that there has always
been something lacking. Even after a complete redesign of this
website two years ago, there has still been something that is
lacking... |
|
| That something has
been my photography. So... |
|
|
I have
recently received a new Canon EOS Rebel
T2i DSLR camera with a couple of Sigma lenses and other assorted
equipment. I am currently in the learning process with this new
equipment. I'm having a ton of fun with it and liking the results
that I am seeing so far (see
my
photography page). I have not yet photographed anything as small as
scale models but getting very good results shooting the hummingbirds
out of the kitchen window. |
 |
| The ultimate goal
is to learn this new equipment and to eventually, not only to
photograph new models but to also go back and re-shoot the
mortars already included in this collection. Someday. |
|
| In the meantime
and as always, I am looking for site content, either as mortar models or on
the actual mortar systems themselves. If you can contribute, please
send any information that you care to share and if your info is
used, you will be given
full credit for doing so. |
